Welcome to The Heathside Practice

If you’re here then you, or someone you know are probably looking for help with a mental health issue.

How we can help

At different points in our lives we all feel anxious, worried or upset however, for some people feelings such as these can become prolonged and begin to lead to more troubling mental health difficulties such as depression, addictions, OCD/compulsive behaviours, excessive stress, relationship problems and eating disorders. Other people struggle with bereavement, family difficulties and physical and/or sexual abuse.

Initial consultation

We are five, like-minded BACP-registered psychotherapists based in and around North West London, who are dedicated to improving mental health and to giving our clients the best  possible support for as long as they need it.

Our clients come from across London and, by virtue of remote therapy, from across the UK and beyond.

With this in mind, we would like to invite you to a no obligation initial consultation with one of the team in order to find out how we may be able to help. If any one of us feels that a colleague is better placed to help you we will refer you within the practice. You can read more about each of us in the Our Team section.

How we work & fees

Ordinarily offered face to face, during the Coronavirus pandemic therapy has necessarily been conducted remotely via Zoom/Teams or telephone.

Therapists at The Heathside Practice continue to offer both options, with a preference for face to face therapy (where this is practicable and agreeable to both parties) at various comfortable consulting rooms in and around North West London .

Our fees for private clients range from £65 to £95 per hour.

We also offer a limited number of concessionary hours for full time students and people on low incomes.
